The vast Sports Centre in Newquay offers both indoor and outdoor sports.

A wide range of activities, including badminton, netball, volleyball, cricket, trampolining, basketball, and indoor football, take place in the Newquay Sports Centre’s sports hall, which is the size of four badminton courts. There are two squash courts with 90 spectator seats with glass backs that are open to casual and club players.

Trenance Leisure Park’s Waterworld Leisure Centre features a 50-meter swimming pool, a toddler pool, a fun pool with slides, and a comprehensive fitness center and gym. For a little extra pampering, some of the larger hotels also have fitness centers and luxurious spas.

Bowls, golf, and the Heron Tennis Centre are all located at Trenance Leisure Park. The Heron Tennis Centre has covered courts. There are two Crown green bowling alleys: one on Fore Street with a view of Newquay Bay and one at the Trenance Leisure Park. There are a number of golf courses, one of which has spectacular views of the sea and another with rural views and, in one case, a driving range.
