Winter Warrior: Guy Leverton Conquering the Waves of Newquay

Newquay, Cornwall’s crown jewel of surfing, isn’t just for the summer crowds. When the temperature drops and the wind picks up, a different kind of magic unfolds on the beaches. Enter  surfer Guy Everton, who recently took advantage of a pumping winter swell to carve up some epic waves.

The last few days has delivered some incredible waves at Fistral  and other local beaches. Countless waves were had by local surfers including Adam Griffiths & Lucas Skinner, who was absoloutletly shredding. 

When there is waves in Newquay there is always a vibe that you can feel. Workers of Newquay rushing to finish their shifts to hit the waves. Traffic all heading to Fistral Beach, surf photographers are out and the vibe is ecstatic.
