Lee Derrick
Biography
This Jedi DJ has had turntable skills since he was 15, first inspired by his father bringing home 12 inch soul, funk, disco, and house music. Lee Derrick has championed house music from the UK and from across the pond breaking fresh tunes and promoting under ground music in the south west.
Lee has previous experience with Radio 1`s Essential Selection, MOS, Soul Heaven, Gatecrasher, Miss Moneypennys, Pacha, Groove Armada and the list goes on.
In the past Lee has been described as infamous, due to his eclectic mix of records along with his legendary behaviour, not that he’s proud of it now, but getting banded from your own night for 3 weeks due to an incident with a microphone takes some beating, but hey ho the show still went on with Lee`s resident Dj`s on hand,
He then went on to host radio shows and club nights under the guise of Expanded Soul
